Orangezone Life - Orangetheory Fitness Folsom Palladio

Congrats to my brother for completing Capitola Man yesterday. 2.4 mile swim, 112 bike, 26.2 run. I showed up yesterday to pace his run and help him get through the final stage. He crushed me. I am so sore. Great job Kevin!
